MooTect™ ASFV Isothermal Nucleic Acid Diagnostic Kit is a real-time isothermal nucleic acid amplification assay intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid of African swine fever virus (ASFV) from livestock especially swine herd.
This kit provides a raid and an accurate assay to detect ASFV infection in pigs to lower the economic losses by facilitaiong the front-line decision making in a livestock protection. The results of amplification can be visualized by using standard QPCR machines or naked eyes in order to fit in different diagnostic scenarios, such as vet clinics and on-site testiong.
